Privacy policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
This policy explains what information MoveStill collects when you visit movestill.uk or contact us, why we collect it and what your rights are.
Who we are
MoveStill is the animation and web-design part of Studio67 (S67), a design studio based in the United Kingdom. For anything about your information, email info@movestill.uk.
What we collect
- Visitor counter. When a page loads, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) tells us which country the visit came from. We add one to the total and one to that country's count. We do not store your IP address, device details or anything that could identify you, and we do not use cookies for this.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your name, email address and what you tell us, so we can reply and, if you go ahead, deliver your project.
- Security logs. Cloudflare processes basic connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use this to identify visitors.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- Counting visits by country and keeping the site secure: our legitimate interest in running and improving our website.
- Answering enquiries and delivering work: to take steps at your request before a contract, and to perform that contract.
How long we keep it
Country counts contain no personal information and are kept for as long as the site runs. Enquiries and project emails are kept for up to two years after our last contact, or longer where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use these providers to run the site:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the visitor counter and protects the site from attacks.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address to send them.
- cdnjs (run by Cloudflare) supplies two code libraries that draw the globe.
- Our email provider stores messages you send us.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email info@movestill.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
